Touchillusion Video Master 1.4

Video Master is an effective utility for splitting, joining and converting video files. You can load videos of any type and transform them into formats like AVI, FLASH, GIF or WAV.
The interface is simple and straightforward, but not very polished. You will perhaps like the blue window, because there are no skins or appearance customization options available. It has two buttons, New and Open, and the usual menu.
Before starting the conversion, you can play the video file through a video player. Also, the program provides some editing tools so you can cut the video or grab a scene and use it in other videos. Next, you proceed with choosing the output file type and the location. Before starting the conversion process you have to choose the video and audio encoder and configure settings like frame rate, resolution or compression quality depending on the type of the encoder.
The program doesn’t perform batch conversion but allows you to open an unlimited number of different windows at the same time. This is very useful in splitting and joining videos.
